Sessions in this track demonstrate technologies that help improve client and server hardware management, fortify your security defenses, and support new technologies, such as system virtualization.

Effective configuration management is key to reducing costs and providing a high quality, stable, and secure computing environment to end-user customers. This track helps you optimize configuration management processes such as initial system deployment, software packaging and delivery, state management, and disaster recovery, as well secure systems with proper patching and desktop lockdown techniques. Special sessions in this track focus on Windows Vista migration, application virtualization and streaming.
IT Service Management
